My name is David Staat and I love video games! My passion for them drove me to learn how to program them myself. I also ran a gaming video channel for eight years.
In High School, I worked at a local movie theater where I gained tons of experience working with customers one on one. When I leveled up to manager, I learned how to lead a team and keep everyone prepared for future movies / events.
Down the line, I was hired as a product specialist at a software company. When a customer had an issue or a question, I had to channel my inner detective to discover the cause of the issue and how to solve it.
I'm currently looking for an entry level job in customer success. So if your customers have issues they can’t solve on their own, leave them to me!
